This past Saturday, we had our second Camera Strong workshop! I am LOVING these! I’ve always loved my job…I am so very blessed to do what I do. And now we have added this new avenue, that not only allows me to share with you a topic that I am passionate about…but also some fun girl time! So far it has only been ladies, but we welcome the fellas too! Earlier this year, we put on a class/workshop for some Texas fire fighters and policemen! Keep us in mind if you are needing or wanting to have a workshop for a private group, we will soon be offering traveling workshops!
The next CAMERA STRONG workshop will be Saturday May 14th from 9:00am-11:00am. There are just a few seats left, so contact us today to secure your spot! Get a friend to sign up with you, it’s always more fun that way!
That being said…do you find yourself having these thoughts from time to time…
“I want to capture great photos of important events, games and activities in my family’s life.”
“Man this is a great photo of my son’s first steps, but it’s blurry and not in focus.”
“I sure did pay a lot of money for this camera…but have no clue what all it does.”
“What in the world do all these buttons do?”
“How do I capture a photo of my child with those beautiful big eyes?”
“What does it mean to shoot in manual mode?”
“How do I get a faster shutter speed?”
“Why do my photos look dark?”
“How do you get that pretty blur in the background, and my subject in clear focus?”
If so, this is the perfect workshop for you! Each workshop will be limited to 10 people, and it will be first come first serve. Here’s what you need to know…
Included: , Two hour workshop, worksheets to reference once you are home and shooting on your own, $50 Cotton Photography gift certificate to use toward a photo session or print products, swag bag of necessities for successfully photographing your kiddos and snacks and refreshments. After you have participated in this workshop, you will be added to a private Facebook page that only workshop participants are members of. This will be a place to continue asking us questions and discus what you’ve learned.
* During the first hour, we will discuss camera functions and technique. The second hour will be practicing what we’ve learned, hands on instruction, followed by Q&A time at the end.
Investment: The cost is $195, and payment must be made to secure your seat. You may pay by cash/check/credit. If you have a scheduling conflict that comes up, you may transfer your payment to the next class available.
